As a partner in the DEVELOPMENT OF COLLABORATION programme, Impact Hub Athens contributed to fostering social innovation in the Ioannina and Thesprotia regions. This initiative aims to promote collaborative entrepreneurship and develop a vibrant social ecosystem in rural Greece.
Design and Support of Key Activities
Impact Hub Athens served as a consultant and facilitator, designing and supporting core activities such as Demo Days, Business Clinics, and the Hackathon. Leveraging our expertise in participatory processes, we provided methodologies, tools, and strategic guidance for successful implementation.
Core Actions
- Demo Days: Three evenings showcasing local initiatives, especially in the agri-food sector, to promote networking and collaboration.
- Business Clinics: Targeted workshops to strengthen the business models and sustainability of participating teams.
- Hackathon: A culmination event fostering collective imagination and strategic thinking. We designed its structure and tools based on international best practices in social innovation.
