How do young people experience hate speech online?

Who is targeted the most?

And how can we respond collectively?

Impact Hub Athens, in collaboration with the ETERON Institute and Cinergies, invites you to an open event where young people take the floor to share their experiences of online gender-based hate speech.

We will present and discuss the findings of a transnational research of the EU programme Elephant Talk, capturing the voices of 700+ young people from 7 European countries.

A panel discussion will follow, inviting young people, women, and LGBTQI+ individuals to share personal stories and suggestions for institutional and social change.

The event will be held in Greek, with interpretation in Greek Sign Language provided by the accessibility organisation liminal. The venue is fully accessible.
