Call Description
Impact Hub Labs (PB5), as part of the Interreg VI-A IPA CBC project RISTOR, is launching a call for an experienced Communications Expert / Graphic Designer to support the implementation of Deliverable D.2.1 – Communication and Dissemination Action Plan.
Scope of Work
The selected expert will be responsible for designing and delivering the following:
- The branding and visual identity of the RISTOR project (logo, colours, fonts)
- The official project webpage (design only, development will be handled separately)
- Templates for official communication: PPT, project plaque, poster, SoMe templates
Guidelines for project partners for coherent and accessible communication - A proposed timeline of communication actions
- Set-up the shared communications channels (e.g. Slack, WhatsApp) for the communities of practice
All deliverables must comply with the program documents (in attachment):
- Annex 27_COM – Communication Guide for Project Beneficiaries
- Programme & Project Implementation Manual
- All visual identity guidelines and instructions of the Interreg VI-A IPA CBC Programme “Greece – Albania 2021–2027”
Contracting Terms
- Total gross value: €2,800 (incl. VAT)
- Timeline: 01.12.2025 – 15.01.2026
- Payment upon approval of final deliverables
Required Profile
- Demonstrated experience in communication strategies and branding for EU-funded projects or international programmes
- Proven design portfolio in visual identity, communication assets, and templates
- Experience working with multi-stakeholder or international teams is a plus
- Familiarity with the Interreg programme or similar cooperation frameworks is desirable

The funding body for this contract is the INTERREG VI-A IPA CBC Cross-Border Cooperation Program “Greece–Albania 2021–2027.” This contract is funded under the RISTOR project – Rural Innovation Centers for Sustainable and Inclusive Tourism, with OPS code: 6010917, which is part of the aforementioned Program and is co-financed by the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) and by National Resources of the participating states, Greece and Albania. The project has been included in the 2025 Annual Program of Public Expenditures (APDE) under SAEP5183 with reference number 2025EP51830008 6010917, in accordance with the Inclusion Decision with ref. no. 3943.
