Dimitris Kouletsis, after a 17 year career in the banking sector, decided to change his life path and find a way to give back to society while earning a living. Through his voluntary work, he had the opportunity to get in touch with the nonprofit sector and to gain knowledge regarding environmental and humanitarian issues. Putting to good use his financial, economic and business experience, he worked for six years in the microfinance sector, where he had the chance to support people in creating their own businesses and help provide employment to others. After a brief envolment with the protection of the marine environment, he has recently joined the Impact Hub’s team, trying to do what he knows best, to support potential and existing entrepreneurs towards a social and environmental sustainable economy.
