Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking to hire a Sales Operations Specialist to join the commercial team, a role which will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the commercial department by providing operational and administrative support. The position requires excellent collaboration with the sales team, customers, and various stakeholders to streamline processes, resolve customer complaints, and manage the overall production process of the organisation.

To be a successful Business Sales Operations Specialist, you should have experience in the same or similar role, managing all business operations and setting goals across the entire organization.



  • Work with the sales representatives and other stakeholders to support the day-to-day operational management of moving transactions through the sales process, starting as and eventually converting to customers
  • Management of support cases submitted by sales reps and users
  • Facilitate and manage the end-to-end financial proposal preparation and sales orders under the guidance of Key Account Managers
  • Maintain and organize sales documentation, contracts, and CRM records
  • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, reports, and metrics
  • Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management
  • Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment-related matters

Experience & Education

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role
  • Proficiency in using ERP, CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Experience with databases, and project management software
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fanatical attention to detail, and documentation
  • BSc in Business Management, IT or relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
